The iconic, Poland's only inland regatta held in the 24-hour race model. The Dezets are beautiful, two-masted sailing boats, whose history dates back to the beginning of the 20th century. We invite you both to participate and to admire the unique spectacle that is certainly the start of the regatta. The championship takes place every year in August. We encourage children and young people to be active on the water by helping them discover the timelessness of Dezetas Every year, primary school pupils from the Giżycko County and the Rehabilitation, Education and Care Centre in Giżycko take part in the regatta. The regatta takes place every year in September. Come and join us!
The oldest participants in our regatta are over 90 years old, but don't let this beautiful age deceive you... They could match the enthusiasm and energy of many 20-year-olds! The regatta is becoming increasingly popular, which makes us very happy. The regatta is held every year in September. Thanks to close cooperation with the Masurian Sailing School and Polish Association of Disabled Sailors we co-organise regattas of Sailors with Disabilities every year.
